At Autotechsy, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy outlines our process, timelines, and delivery guidelines to ensure a transparent shopping experience for our customers.
1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and courier details.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 10–14 business days
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A small shipping fee may apply to COD (Cash on Delivery) or lower-value orders.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
All shipments are fully traceable via your tracking number.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking link. You can track the status anytime on our website or directly through the courier’s tracking page.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and item(s).
- Contact us at support@autotechsy.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
7. Delivery Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military zones (APO/FPO addresses).
International shipping options will be introduced soon.
